What We See From the Outside

We’re a mobile phone repair service. We don’t have a storefront. We go to people — their homes, their apartments, their parking lots. Over the years, a significant portion of our Orlando-area customers have been nurses, CNAs, medical assistants, and other healthcare workers. They are almost always scheduling us around 12-hour shifts. They text us from hospital parking garages. They book repairs for the one morning they have off that week.

That’s what we see. People who give everything during their working hours trying to find time for basic life maintenance — a cracked phone screen, a dying battery — on the margins of an already exhausting schedule.

If you’re based near Health Central in Ocoee, you’re in our primary service corridor.
